Shipping and Payment


Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo - which usually delivers within 1-3 business days within Turkey. If you need your order faster or in any specific time please notify us at We're more than happy to help accommodate rush orders, just let us know!

Cargo price may vary depending on where you send your order but you'll get free shipping on purchases for $30 and over. If the order amount is less than $30, the shipping company will ask you to pay the shipping amount during the package delivery.

International Orders

We do ship internationally with express delivery services. Orders with express shipping are  carried by the best possible carrier company according to your location. Express shipping delivery time changes between 2 to 5 business days. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. International orders are shipped within 2 business days, so let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that.

You'll get free express shipping on purchases for $200 and over. If the order amount is less than $200, our system will add your shipping cost to your order depending on your order weight and shipment address.

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.


Returns are accepted for merchandise credit on unused and unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days. After checking and confirming the submitted product, your credit card or account will be repaid within 3 working days of the product fee. Returned shipping costs are belong to the shipper.


We accept payments by credit card: Visa and MasterCard.

Our payment method is secured by Iyzico.
If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby.

Customers who do not use a credit card can make their payments by wire transfer to the accounts below. You’ll need to get in touch with us through our e-mail service with your order number and transaction details to avoid possible delays.
